Challenge
A platform born for a single association needed to become a product any similar organization could adopt on its own — with a clear value proposition, self-service pricing, and online subscription, without a sales team in the loop.
Solution
I packaged the platform as Regestio with a dedicated landing page, four subscription tiers and a Stripe checkout that activates a monthly subscription directly online, plus a contact flow for custom needs. The same battle-tested codebase, offered as a turnkey service.
Regestio is the product version of the management platform I built for UNITRE Tradate — a University of the Third Age running 100+ courses and over a thousand members per academic year. What started as a tailored solution proved general enough to serve any organization with the same model: courses, enrollments, membership fees, payments and communications.
From project to product
The goal was to make the platform adoptable without a custom engagement each time:
- A dedicated landing page that explains the value for associations, Universities of the Third Age, cultural circles and training providers.
- Four subscription tiers sized by number of members — Small, Medium, Large — plus a custom “Ultra” plan for larger organizations.
- Online subscription via Stripe Checkout: a prospect can activate a monthly plan directly, with no manual step in between.
- A demo request flow for organizations that want a guided walkthrough first.
What’s included
Every plan ships the full platform: member registry, course catalog with online enrollment, waiting lists, payment tracking, automatic PDF documents (receipts, attendance sheets, registers), trip management, role-based access and a companion mobile app for members — all hosted, backed up and kept up to date.
The result is a single, proven codebase delivered as a turnkey subscription service, ready for the next association to adopt.
